3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page using your order number.
4. When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking details are uploaded as soon as your order is processed and shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days after your order is placed for the tracking link to become available.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact our customer service with your order details.
6. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please contact us via our Contact Us page. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
7. What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry about that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged/incorrect item. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
